Standard shipping for home decor items typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service usually arrives within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Della ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international interior enthusiasts in the near future.
How can I track my furniture delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific arrival window.
Are your textiles machine washable?
Care instructions vary by material. Most of our cotton and synthetic blends are machine washable on a gentle cycle, while our premium wool and silk-blend cushions require professional dry cleaning.
